Cancellation of Order(s)

We at Chicrama know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.


Once you’ve placed an order with us, the product is dispatched to you within 3 to 5  business days and in case of handmade products 3-8 business days. (We are closed on Saturday-Sunday/Public Holidays)

  • The shipping duration will vary from 3-18 days depending upon the location .
  • Free shipping is available in subject to a minimum order value. A shipping charge will be applied to all orders below Rs. 1200/-
  • The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is damaged, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.
  • We do not ship the same day/next day or in any urgent manner. As we do not want to take any additional stress if the order is time sensitive. Please avoid placing orders if you need the product urgently or haven’t specifically inquired.


  • We offer our customers with a real time ORDER TRACKING option on our website. Kindly use the Order number (KOL1234,example) to track and receive update under the “TRACK MY ORDER” option on the left hand side of the website under the SHOP button.
    At the same time Step by step status update is also sent via Email/SMS.
  • We provide you with a tracking number and a link to track to your order via Email once the order is dispatched, we request you to take the responsibility to carefully track your order till its delivery. .
  • We do not have a personal delivery system or team who can call you in advance before delivering a product and we absolutely cannot decide the specific time period the package has to be delivered. We use courier services like DTDC, Professional ,etc to do the delivery and it’s entirely Up to the particular service/delivery staff when it comes to the delivery. We have no authority over their service and timings.
  • In case it has been delivered at your address, but it was collected by security staff, House help, neighbor etc. We do not have any guarantee regarding such cases As There will be no advance call or communication from the courier companies while delivering your order, so kindly track your order regularly to receive with no hassles.
  • Shipping updates are given only via email/sms . There shall be no calls made regarding the same.
  • Chicrama will not be responsible for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company within 3-20 business days from the date of the order and payment.

  • additional charge of INR 150-400 (depending on location) is added as Personal door to door Delivery fee.

  • We also offer Pick up facility at our warehouse in Delhi & Bengaluru where you can come in person to collect and pay for the same in cash. However we do not showcase/display our products for sale/trial as it’s our personal residence and not a work space. This facility too is available only on request.
  • One can Mail or Whatsapp us the products or screenshots of the desired product(s) from our Website for us to ready the said items for pick up.


  • We ship our packages with anti-tamper plastic and safety measures according to the product requirements.
  • If you feel that your package was opened/tampered with, please don’t accept the delivery. Always check the outside cover for the package. look out for any torn corners. In case of such unfortunate event, kindly return it back to the delivery staff and mention it has been tampered with and also take pictures of the same.

We accept no Returns unless an  INCORRECT/DAMAGED product is delivered.

  • Returns/exchange request need to be placed within 24 hours of the delivery of product.
  • All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags or covers will not be accepted.
  • In case you receive a damaged/defective product, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share the photos at or on whatsapp at +91 9990910284.
  • We Do not provide Pick-up service, hence the order needs to be self-shipped in case of an exchange. The sender has to bear the returns shipping cost. In you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
  • Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
  • Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service, preferably DTDC, PROFESSIONAL COURIERS etc.
  • Kindly do not use the services like FedEx and Blue Dart for return shipping as they are premium services, and we won’t pay for such services in case of damaged returns.
  • Products listed under the collection of SALE cannot be refunded or returned under any circumstances except if it’s delivered incorrectly, completely damaged, or lost.
  • Changes like bending of the earring stem, the button/push back rubber being loose are not considered as a damage as it can be easily fixed by the customer.

We are delighted every time we receive an order and start processing the same at the very moment. However most of our products are either handmade and/or carefully curated from our sources. So at times we do not foresee the completion of particular order(s) due to specific reason(s) i.e. non delivery to particular pin code(s), lack of material or resources, Or requested requirements. Hence in such cases, Chicrama holds all rights to cancel the order(s) and reverse complete payment made by the customer. Please rest assured.

Please note:

– Once the order is placed, it can be cancelled by the customer within next 24 hours from the time it was placed. Once cancelled, the payment is reversed via the original mode of payment used by the customer within the stipulated time taken by the mode of payment.

– Once the order is placed it is confirmed & shipped in next 2-8 business days and a notification will be mailed. If the order(s) isn’t shipped within the stipulated time period it stands cancelled & the payment is reversed automatically.

-Once the order is shipped, it is delivered within next 3-10 business days. The shipping & delivery terms are applicable as mentioned here.

Hence the overall order process is any time between 3-18 business days. depending on the product(s) type, city, shipping partners, and country (for International orders & shipping, please get in touch with us for details).
